Our Staff

Ron Ron Pouilly is the project manager and co-owner of CBDI. He has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry. Mr. Pouilly worked in the commercial construction industry for more than nine years before leaving to further his experience in the post-­frame building industry and high-end trim carpentry. Mr. Pouilly was the lead Project Manager for S.F. Pauli Builders, Inc. for seven years before starting CBDI. Mr. Pouilly had a degree in construction. In the commercial construction industry, Mr. Pouilly was responsible for creating fast track build-outs for the restaurant industry. He negotiated contracts, coordinated multiple subcontractors and completed the restaurant installation within 2 weeks. This minimizes the downtime for the restaurants and the area businesses in which they were installed. As Project Manager for S.F. Pauli Builders, Mr. Pouilly was responsible for bidding projects, coordinating deliveries and subcontractors, in addition to supervising and coordinating the efforts of as many as 7 employees.


FrankSteven Lieferman has been a project manager and estimator with over 35 years of experience in construction. Mr. Lieferman has worked in the commercial construction industry and residential construction sector. Some of the projects he has handled are Bass Pro Shop, Broman Hospital, Schools, and numerous local projects. With diverse experience in all areas of his field, manpower, estimating, contracts, sales, purchasing, and scheduling. He has received a certificate of completion in kitchen layout and design through Wahlfeld Kitchen School and Wood-Mode Cabinetry with a Associate Science Degree in Construction. Throughout his career he has required to interface with Architects, Engineer’s, and Sub-Contractors and with owners and has gained their trust and respect.


JimBrenda graduated from John Wood Community College with degrees in Business Management and Accounting. Brenda has worked in the office management and customer service field for more than 30 years. She oversees custom service and the daily office/bookkeeping duties. Brenda also enjoys the remodeling process and makes sure that our customers are well cared for; every step of the way.
